What does it take to be a leader? It’s a natural talent for some, but for others it has to be learned. Taking into account the varying learning styles individuals possess, this presentation offers to prepare those who aspire for positions of leadership and strong individuality the skills necessary to advance. For the already existing leaders in the community, it is a way to fine-tune the skills that every good leader needs.
